Price and shipping

All prices include VAT and shipping. You can pay by credit card, Paypal or cash on delivery.

Payment

Pay safely and securely by credit card via the Internet immediately after placing your order. Your payment is processed by Payex with secure encryption according to strict banking standards. Your credit card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read by anyone other than your bank. No charges are added for payment by credit card.

Return policy & right of withdrawal

In accordance with the Swedish Distance Sales Act, if you change your mind about your purchase, you can always (within 14 days) return the product and get your money back. The product you return must not have been used. No reimbursement can be made if the product has already been used. Fill in the following returned goods notice and we will send you instructions for the return shipment. We will pay for the return shipment and also provide a dispatch note.

Delivery

Your shipment is usually sent on the next weekday.

Unclaimed packages

Packages sent by cash on delivery and not claimed will be invoiced SEK 250.

Complaints

We recommend customers to check the goods on arrival to ensure they are correct and free of any defects. If you have any complaints, please contact our complaints department by phone on +46 (0) 13 870 41, or fill in the following returned goods notice and we will send you instructions for the return shipment.

Goods damaged in transport

Any damage having occurred during transport shall be immediately reported to the shipping company and Sunplex. Check your consignment carefully upon reception to ensure you get the same number of packages as indicated on the freight document and that all goods are undamaged.

Processing of personal data

Sunplex AB will never distribute your personal data to any third party, but may use them to send advertising concerning promotions and similar. As a customer, however, you always have the right to decline such circulars and to be removed from our database if you so wish.
